Of all the Universal Rights set by the United Nations, Article 2 seems to be the most important for ALL HUMANS on planet Earth. Considering we are all different individuals of unequal abilities, intelligence, financial, language, education, etc. to 'entitle' everyone to all the same rights equally is quite a difficult task sometimes for those who are blessed with privileged or naturally gifted advantage over the lesser. Those who are ahead and successful in life in contrast to those who are behind and failing to achieve general standards in the various areas needed for a certain quality of living and being. Governments of nations that are part of the United Nations or the Commonwealth Nations and other trade networks, should ensure that their citizens can have the opportunities to achieve equality in these areas set out under the Universal Declaration. The wealthier nations have probably achieved most standards, providing the opportunities for their citizens in education, law, employment, election, medical, housing, food, etc. But poor countries need to catch up to achieve equality and quality of life.
A lot of poor countries need to copy the role model set by the two countries where most immigrants enter, the United States of America and Canada, both of which fortunately have allowed immigration and diversity to be integrated at all these areas, including being part of government administration and policies and programs. North America is ahead of all the other countries in achieving diversity and equality thanks to all the immigrants who have become citizens establishing their rights. If all the other member countries of the United Nations can copy both USA and Canada, perhaps everyone will achieve all the rights and responsibilities in the Declaration. Of course, governments provide opportunities but individuals need to strive to take responsibilities and work to achieve their rights. Strong citizens compose a strong nation!
From childhood to adulthood to retirement, every individual should be aware of her / his rights and responsibilities and set goals towards achieving full citizenship, taking advantage of every opportunity to improve oneself in life. Like the talents written about in the Bible, one must use what is given and not waste one's life doing nothing or destroying oneself by crime, drugs, abuses, vices, etc. Living a good life is certainly better than a bad life or a wasted life. Even in North America, there are unfortunately, individuals who waste their lives despite all the wonderful opportunities here! Whereas some individuals prosper and succeed even in the most poor and repressed countries. So, both the individual and society have to strive towards a certain quality of living and being set out by these rights.

Keeping diversity and equality in mind, and knowing that art reflects life, life reflects are, I am working on a book/play/movie The Professor's Lessons which will be adaptable towards diversity in all areas from race, culture, physique, education, etc. depending on each production. The Characters traits can be adapted depending on the Performers chosen in the stage productions, open to those who can get their own funding together and apply for license to perform it on stage.
